• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta’s policies, procedures, and promotions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or chat environment.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using chat software and CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
