Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our passengers through live chat. You will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless travel experience. Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and providing information related to flight bookings, cancellations, and general travel assistance.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on Delta Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment.
• Excellent written communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with travel and airline industry terminology is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:
