Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing, content discovery, and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense, Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, and Law Enforcement. AT&T has an opening for a Tester to support Public Sector Solutions. Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities: Possesses effective verbal and writing skills for communicating test results clearly, and objectively. Self-starter that can work well independently as well as in a team environment. Develops and maintains the test plan and associated test procedures for over 20+ web-based user... facing services. Tests complex applications exercising tenacity and patience while working collaboratively with development staff to find answers to issues and/or clarify requirements in order to achieve successful deployment of quality applications. Performs manual testing and builds on or acquires knowledge of automated test tools for software applications testing. Evaluates services for compliance to the “Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508” using tools such as Job Access With Speech (JAWS), NoCoffee, Site Improve, AXE, and WAVE. Interacts with developers in person, via GitLab issues, and/or email so as to maximize efficiency while minimizing interruption of the developer’s ongoing work. Uses JMeter or other tools for applications load testing. Reviews, analyzes, updates, and/or provides feedback on requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation including service build instructions, etc. documented in GitLab and wikis. Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph) Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree and 5 years experience.
