Key Responsibilities Utilize excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) to input data accurately and efficiently. Communicate effectively in English; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Previous experience in tier 1 helpdesk support and triage will be advantageous. Additional Requirements Must have reliable internet connection. High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment
This position is fully remote, with shifts ranging from 8 AM - 5 PM to 11 AM - 8 PM EST to support various divisions. Interview Process Expect a 30-minute video interview conducted by Alfonso.
