Responsibilities: Outbound Calls • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients with the goal of introducing our products/services and generating new business opportunities. • Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our offerings to prospects. Lead Generation • Utilize Apollo lead generation tools and other resources to identify and qualify potential leads. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads. Customer Engagement • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients through regular communication. • Provide... excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Data Management • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead generation efforts using our CRM system. • Analyze and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of outbound sales initiatives. Collaboration • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive information. • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
