Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives with Costco. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in consumer packaged goods and established relationships with Costco buyers, particularly in the snacking category. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for entering and expanding our presence in Costco stores. Forge and nurture strong relationships with Costco buyers to ensure sales growth and meet account objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and forecast sales effectively. Regularly visit Costco locations to optimize sales strategies and promotional activities. Participate in trade shows and industry events to represent Kervan USA and enhance brand visibility. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in sales with a focus on consumer packaged goods, including significant experience dealing directly with Costco. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development and sales strategies. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Availability to travel up to 50% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong team player with effective follow-up skills and a keen attention to detail.
