We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative and Accounting Support Specialist with strong computer and internet skills, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks including managing customer shipments, creating invoices, and maintaining filing systems, all while providing exceptional support to our team and... customers. Duties & Responsibilities: ? Settle customer shipments and assist in preparing monthly claims. ? Create invoices and bills using QuickBooks. ? Generate and email settlement reports to customers. ? Verify customer logs for accuracy. ? Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems. ? Address shipment report discrepancies by communicating with customers and operations teams. ? Perform additional administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and preparing payroll timesheets. ? Assist with other office-related assignments as needed. Job Requirements: ? High school diploma required; some college education and/or 1 years of office experience preferred. ? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). ? Strong oral and written communication skills. ? Working knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. ? Highly organized with strong attention to detail. ? Capable of multitasking and prioritizing projects to meet deadlines. Compensation and Benefits: ? Competitive pay rate of $35-40 per hour. ?
