Certified Special Education Teacher - Remote | WFH

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with special needs by providing tailored instruction and support to help them achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities... Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs, ensuring they meet all legal and regulatory requirements. Provide personalized instruction and support that caters to each student's unique learning needs and abilities, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and assistive technologies. Monitor and document students' academic, social, and behavioral progress, regularly sharing feedback and reports with parents, administrators, and other key stakeholders. Collaborate closely with parents and guardians to involve them in their child's educational journey, maintaining open and effective communication.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Special Education certification in IA. Proven ability to develop and implement effective IEPs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents, colleagues, and support staff.
