  • Provide administrative support to executives and teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical tasks.

•

  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.

•

  • Help maintain organized digital files and documentation.

•

  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners.

•

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

• Required Skills and Qualifications: •

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role.

•

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

•

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

•

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

•

  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

•

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

•

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

• Experience: •

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.

•

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred but not required.

• Working Hours: •

  • Flexible working hours within standard business hours may be required to accommodate different time zones and urgent tasks.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: •

  • Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Slack.

  • Basic understanding of financial terminology and processes is a plus.
