Schedule meetings and manage calendars ? Perform market research and data analysis ? Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence ? Assist with social media management and content creation ? Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service ? Manage and update databases and CRM systems ? Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries and accommodations ? Handle invoicing, billing, and expense tracking ? Perform other administrative tasks as required Requirements: ? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ? Strong organizational and time-management abilities ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace ? Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) ? Experience with social media platforms and content management systems ? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively ? High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Desired Skills: ? Multilingual abilities are a plus ?
