Hey! We are a tech startup Clear Mind, creating a social media product (mobile first) with a US market launch. The product is at a late stage of development, with closed testing planned for 2024. We have no bureaucracy and always encourage proactivity... We are looking for a In-house TikTok creator, who have an ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week. We are open to current students interested in working with us over the summer for a 2-3 month duration. Please share your social media handles when you apply. Your responsibilities will include: • Posting content consistently, 1 - 3 times per day • Willingness to put yourself out there, try new ideas, and receive feedback • Be comfortable ideating, producing, and editing 3+ pieces of content daily. • Be a part of the central social media team, own the TikTok account, responsible for account output, engagement, growth and sentiment • Identify content strategies that add value and entertainment while increasing engagement and following for our product. • Produce and edit high quality, engaging, original content that can be used cross-platform • Monitor and effectively leverage TikTok or other social media trends. • Analyze social media landscape to supply actionable insight (in real-time) to both the social and greater marketing team with hot topics, breaking news, sentiment/market observations. About you: • Passionate TikTok content creator, either personally or professionally • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or just graduated • You are a TikTok native - you live and breathe TikTok and other short-form content • Strong written communication skills and organizational skills • Mandatory to be native or fluent English speaker. • A deep understanding of TikTok & social media algorithms. • Track record of producing engaging, quality short-form content: this can be on a personal account, a meme/theme account that you own/manage, or work for a brand/company that you've been directly responsible for creating. • Knowledge of TikTok trends and the best performing content types. • Able to respond to all comments on videos promptly • Video editing background using Final Cut, Photoshop, or other similar software Apply Job!
