Pharmacy Technician Associate Representative - CarepathRx - US Remote

Start Date: TBD Schedule: In this role you'll work 7 days on and 7 days off from Wednesday to Wednesday working 11 hour shifts between the hours of 4p and 8a EST. Overview: The Remote Pharmacy Technician ensures reputed company coverage for PipelineRx clients and supports pharmacists by managing order reputed company, triaging calls, and providing first-level technical assistance. This role helps optimize workflow, coordinates coverage during emergencies, and maintains detailed shift documentation. This position requires the ability to work overnights and/or weekends. Key Responsibilities: Monitor client coverage and assist pharmacists with order processing. Qualifications: High school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred. National pharmacy technician certification. 1+ year institutional and 1+ year retail pharmacy technician experience. Strong communication, customer service, and IT troubleshooting skills. Proficiency with MS Office and reputed company tools. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly reputed company of 17.75 - 26 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
