Position Overview – Remote Patient Care Coordinator (Evenings & Weekends) Are you passionate about helping patients navigate their home medical equipment needs? Join Hirevector’s dedicated Sleep Central After‑Hours Call Center team based in Murray, KY, and become the trusted voice that guides patients through equipment delivery, order verification, and post‑delivery support. This full‑time, remote role requires availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and three reputed company evenings (starting at 400 p.m. Central Time). Key Responsibilities

  • Patient reputed company & Data Capture Initiate outbound calls to patients to confirm delivery details, accurately record patient information, and update the electronic health record system.
  • Documentation Management Obtain and verify medically necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Order Processing Enter orders into the online pharmacy platform, confirm product availability, and schedule shipments for timely delivery.
  • Issue Resolution & Rescheduling Proactively track shipments, troubleshoot delivery obstacles, and coordinate rescheduling reputed company necessary.
  • Technical Troubleshooting Listen attentively to patient concerns regarding equipment functionality, diagnose issues, and guide patients through basic troubleshooting steps.
  • Quality Assurance Verify completeness of each order, reputed company final checks for accuracy, and flag any discrepancies for immediate correction.
  • Collaboration & Communication Liaise with internal teams—logistics, clinical support, and pharmacy—to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong background in customer service, with a proven ability to handle high‑volume call environments while maintaining professionalism.
