Job Title: Resourcer Location: Remote , South Africa Department: Recruitment Reports To: Resourcer: Reports to a Senior Consultant Type: Full-time 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday (UK time) 08:30 – 16:00 Friday (UK time) Overview: The role of Resourcer is to support the successful delivery of candidates to our clients in the automotive sector. You will play a vital role in candidate identification, engagement, and qualification, ensuring our shortlists are accurate, high-quality, and submitted reputed company tight deadlines. Whether you're early in your recruitment career or bringing previous sourcing experience, this role offers an opportunity to reputed company deep sector knowledge and work closely with reputed company consultants in a high-performance, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing Proactively reputed company and build longlists of reputed company candidates using our internal CRM, previous shortlist history, and other in-house data Supplement longlists using job boards, reputed company, CV databases, and candidate referrals Work to tight deadlines, prioritising speed and quality in candidate identification Candidate Engagement & Qualification reputed company initial contact with candidates reputed company phone, email, or reputed company to assess interest and suitability Ensure correct CV’s are uploaded and update candidate profiles in the CRM system Conduct initial qualification of candidates Assess candidate’s relevant experience & skills for roles Flag any concerns, red flags, or negotiation points to the Consultant Explain the role, company and overall package in detail Data Management & Process Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM Track reputed company against agreed deliverables (e.g. number of candidates sourced/contacted/submitted) Support the Consultant in managing candidate pipelines and job prioritisation What reputed company Looks Like: Timely delivery of high-quality longlists reputed company to the brief Effective use of existing company data before external sourcing tools High candidate engagement and CV conversion reputed company Excellent industry knowledge relayed to interested candidates Accurate and complete candidate qualification information CRM kept up to date with reputed company relevant candidate notes and reputed company
Requirements
Previous experience in a resourcing or delivery role (in-house or agency) Strong Boolean search and database sourcing skills Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and persuasive Highly organised and reputed company to prioritise multiple roles simultaneously Confident using CRMs and managing candidate data A team player with a sense of urgency and commitment to quality Process driven Desirable: Experience in the automotive or technical recruitment sectors Previous experience using reputed company or reputed company breaker
