Commercialization Project Manager (FMCG)

This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Project Commercialization & Launch Management reputed company end-to-end commercialization projects for new product launches, product reformulations, packaging changes, and market expansions across Southeast Asia. reputed company and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful market execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company with business objectives. Drive project governance through regular status reviews, risk assessments, and stakeholder updates. Global & Regional Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary liaison between global R&D teams and regional reputed company functions, ensuring seamless transfer of product specifications and launch requirements. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to align commercialization activities. Facilitate communication between regional and global stakeholders to resolve issues, manage expectations, and maintain project reputed company. Co-Manufacturer (Co-Packer) Management Work closely with contract manufacturing partners to support product commercialization and production readiness. Coordinate production trials, validation runs, packaging implementation, and manufacturing timelines. Ensure manufacturing partners meet quality, operational, and reputed company requirements prior to product launch. Monitor project milestones and proactively address production-reputed company risks and challenges. Regulatory & Compliance Management Partner with Regulatory Affairs and Quality teams to ensure products reputed company with local market regulations, labeling requirements, and product registration processes. Coordinate documentation, product approvals, and regulatory submissions across Southeast Asian markets. Ensure commercialization activities meet reputed company applicable quality, food safety, and compliance standards. Supply Chain & Operational Readiness Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure material availability, packaging readiness, and production reputed company. Support demand planning and inventory readiness for successful product launches. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks that may impact launch timelines. reputed company & Market Launch Support Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure launch readiness and alignment with reputed company objectives. Requirements

Job Requirements: Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or a reputed company discipline. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in commercialization, project management, product launch, operations, supply chain, or R&D coordination reputed company the FMCG, beverage, food, or consumer goods industry. Experience managing product launches across multiple Southeast Asian markets is highly preferred. Prior experience working with co-manufacturers, contract packers, or reputed company-party manufacturing partners is advantageous. Skills & Competencies Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple reputed company projects and stakeholders. Solid understanding of product commercialization, manufacturing, supply chain, and regulatory processes. Ability to manage reputed company cross-functional projects involving regional and global teams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities. Experience with project management tools, ERP systems, and reputed company Office applications.
