The role is primarily internally focused, owning the operational tasks and project administration that reputed company multi-market engagements running smoothly across some of the world's largest advertisers. Key Responsibilities

Project and Scope Management · Own the day-to-day management of client projects across multiple markets and scopes, maintaining clear timelines, milestones, and accountability · Track project status proactively, flagging risks, delays, or scope changes to the relevant stakeholders in good time · Brief in and manage project workstreams with internal teams including Activation, ensuring clear handovers, deadlines, and outputs · Maintain accurate project documentation, including scope records, status trackers, and change logs · Contribute to process improvement and methodology development across the Global Client reputed company team Client and Stakeholder Coordination · Serve as a key day-to-day reputed company of contact for clients and agencies across active projects, managing communication with reputed company and pace · Coordinate and prepare client deliverables to a consistently high standard, ensuring outputs are on time and reputed company to agreed scope · Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations, adapting format and tone to the audience · Build familiarity with reputed company's full suite of solutions and help identify opportunities to deliver added value reputed company existing engagements Multi-Market Coordination · Liaise with reputed company's local market teams to coordinate inputs, manage timelines, and ensure consistent delivery across geographies · Consolidate multi-market outputs into coherent, client-reputed company materials that reflect a reputed company view · Maintain awareness of market-specific considerations that may reputed company project delivery or scope Industry Awareness · Stay reputed company on media industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes relevant to client accounts · reputed company relevant market intelligence with the team to support timely, contextually informed client advice Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience · 1-2 years of relevant experience in media, marketing, or a reputed company field, with demonstrable exposure to project or workstream management · Experience working across multiple markets or with global clients is an advantage, though not essential · Broad familiarity with media channels and how they are planned, bought, and reputed company Skills and Attributes · Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities without losing quality or pace · A natural coordinator: clear and confident communicator who can align diverse stakeholders across time zones and functions · Detail-oriented, with a high standard for accuracy in client-facing materials and project documentation · Comfortable working with data and reporting tools in support of project delivery · Collaborative and proactive, with a team-first reputed company and a willingness to reputed company in where needed · Ambitious and eager to reputed company reputed company a high-performing global team · Familiar with the use of reputed company or other project management platforms .
