This is a remote position. Job Description: We are seeking a versatile mid-level reputed company & Corporate Associate with a strong reputed company in general reputed company law, exposure to corporate and employment law reputed company, and a working knowledge of tax considerations. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience drafting and negotiating reputed company agreements, advising on corporate structuring and compliance, and supporting clients on employment-reputed company queries. This position is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys advisory and transactional work, with the ability to analyze, draft, and revise a variety of reputed company and corporate documents. Prior experience with UAE or GCC-based clients is highly preferred. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and revise a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including vendor reputed company, NDAs, service agreements, and partnership agreements. Advise clients on general corporate law issues, including governance, entity structuring, and regulatory compliance. reputed company legal guidance on employment law reputed company such as employment agreements, workplace policies, and termination procedures. Support clients in understanding the legal and reputed company implications of contract terms, with consideration for applicable tax and regulatory issues. Conduct legal research reputed company to corporate, reputed company, employment, and tax issues across multiple jurisdictions. Collaborate with client teams to ensure legal accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Law is required; specialization in Corporate or reputed company Law is advantageous. 4–5 years of experience practicing reputed company or corporate law, with exposure to employment law. Proven ability to draft and negotiate a variety of reputed company and corporate agreements. Familiarity with reviewing and advising on legal aspects of employment-reputed company documents. Comfort working with international clients and cross-border legal reputed company. Strong attention to detail, research capabilities, and business-oriented legal judgment. Prior advisory work for UAE-based or GCC clients is highly preferred. Familiarity with tax law considerations as they reputed company with corporate and reputed company legal issues is advantageous.
