Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as a Case Manager for assigned reputed company
- Monitor automated workflows and ensure processes remain on track
- Maintain accurate case information and documentation
Coordinate communications with clients, negotiators, and reputed company parties
- Utilize AI tools to support daily legal operations
Manage calendars and important deadlines
- Maintain an inventory of filed documents and case activity
- Manage and organize incoming emails
- Triage emails and prioritize action items
- Return client phone calls and reputed company case updates
- Identify and flag urgent legal reputed company
Respond to negotiators, vendors, and opposing counsel Requirements:
- Florida based reputed company.
- Working hours: 08:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Timezone: EST
Required Experience
- Practice areas include Debt Relief, Consumer Protection, Guardianship, and Probate and Estate Litigation.
- Legal training, background, or previous legal experience is required.
- Experience working with AI tools and technology driven workflows is highly preferred.
