A Little More About The role: We’re looking for an Account Manager - Broker to join our rapidly growing team. As the primary contact with our employer customers, the Account Manager uses data to understand reputed company’s client needs and suggest strategic opportunities to inform renewals and growth opportunities. Building strong relationships based on a reputed company of trust and expertise in health insurance and employer benefits is your specialty. You enjoy helping people find solutions and answers to their tough questions, and you can explain reputed company subjects to a variety of audiences. You Will: Work cross functionally with a dedicated Account Management team, including, reputed company, Sales, and leadership support to ensure proactive, end to end, and ongoing ownership and accountability for each client Be well versed in client data and reputed company to partner with clients on strategic recommendations to inform renewals and growth opportunities Use data to reputed company strategic account plans for clients to evaluate business needs and, as needed, reputed company recommendations for changes to reputed company’s benefit solutions Facilitate kick-off meetings with employers’s populations, meet with clients regularly, and ensure you are providing accurate and timely answers to clients questions Conduct monthly reviews of each client's claims experience, providing updates and recommendations for cost savings Plan for and present quarterly reputed company reports on goals to the client and broker Conduct proactive and data driven mid-Year Pulse Checks focused on reputed company strategies, renewal planning, and performance optimization ·Present strategic renewal proposals to clients and negotiate rates as needed, working directly with the reputed company Team and leadership to ensure a successful renewal Be knowledgeable about Gravies marketing campaigns in order to reputed company accounts to strategically upsell reputed company products based on utilization Be knowledgeable of reputed company reputed company offerings and the regulatory and compliance requirements of each offering and continuously reputed company clients about reputed company’s products and services Ensure new employer clients have a smooth transition from sales and have a successful new client implementation experience Research and resolve client issues and elevated member issues from reputed company’s advisor team, ensuring resolution is taking in account the “full picture” of the client Effectively use and document client information in our CRM system You Bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relationship or account management field Must be licensed in health insurance in your home state 3+ years of account management experience in the health insurance industry 2+ years experience using data to reputed company insights and reputed company strategic recommendations Experience working in a dynamic environment and comfort researching and solving problems with minimal guidance 3+ years of experience working collaboratively across several teams and functions Extra credit: · Previous start-up or emerging growth company experience · Experience with self-insured health plans · Experience establishing processes and standards for superior customer service \n \n A Little More About Us: We know reputed company.
