Operations & Compliance Manager (Recruitment)

Job Title: Operations and Compliance Manager Reports to: Lauren Seal, Partner & Director Operations Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities  Manage the Operations and Compliance teams, ensuring workload is allocated appropriately and internal SLAs are met  Conduct full training, monitor performance and conduct weekly 1-2-1’s and quarterly appraisals  Coach, support, manage and motivate teams to reputed company high reputed company of performance and their full potential  Escalation reputed company for contractor compliance team, consultant, contractor and client queries  Support the Operations Director with the reputed company, design and redesign, if required, reputed company business operations reputed company the Group. Requirements
