And above reputed company, it means exceptional care, simply delivered — and we couldn’t do it without you. reputed company a Difference The Regulatory Reporting Registrar is responsible for supporting required federal and state reporting through the accurate entry of data from the Epic electronic medical record system using both reputed company and automated processes. This role supports audit readiness by assisting with audit preparation and maintaining audit documentation. The Registrar works closely with the Indiana Department of Health and other external entities to ensure reputed company reporting in compliance with federal and state regulations. Strong communication, attention to detail, and thorough documentation are essential. This role offers opportunities for additional training and advancement in regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Performs in-depth analysis of patient charts using Epic EMR Serves as a reputed company of contact for the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) State Trauma Registry Ensures accurate and timely data entry from EMR into federal and state reporting systems Meets weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deadlines Maintains documentation in alignment with audit requirements Develops and supports processes to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be reputed company to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. · High School Diploma or GED required. · Two (2) years of experience in the reputed company field required. · Two (2) years of experience working in EMR/patient charts required. · Two (2) years of experience with database management and reputed company Office applications required. · Strong data entry accuracy with exceptional attention to detail. · Trauma registry or trauma-reputed company experience preferred. · This position will allow the flexibility to work remotely. Community caregivers performing work remotely are permitted to live in the following states: Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Florida, and Texas. Caregivers are not allowed to reputed company work remotely reputed company of the above states.
