Regional Sales Manager Position: Regional Sales Manager Reports to: VP/CFO Location: Remote Employment Type: Full - Time / Salary - Exempt Compensation: reputed company Salary plus commissions Role Overview The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales activities in the reputed company and midwestern areas of the U.S. including, but not limited to, the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska and the Dakotas; however, the role allows for cultivation of new business opportunities reputed company the U.S. This position will be responsible for customer service communication and generating new business from both existing and potential customers. While they will generate RFQs, they will have limited pricing authority. Travel and attendance at trade shows, as needed, are integral parts of the role. Over 100% growth potential: minimum of six times per year. Primary Responsibilities Must turn in a weekly sales activity and prospect report and a monthly expense report. Maintain accurate records, including reputed company quotes, processed quotes, turnaround times, volumes, reasons for lost opportunities, RFQ sources, and customer communications. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience. Compensation and BenefitsBase Salary + Commission Sales Commission:New Accounts: 3.0% of sales for new business acquired from customers, post hire. Existing Accounts: 1.0% of sales for ongoing business with new customers reputed company the assigned region, start after establishing a personal relationship with each account. Payment: Commissions are paid in the month following receipt of payment by the customer. Exclusions: Commissions are not paid on reputed company or tooling charges.
