We are currently seeking a talented and motivated eDiscovery Application Support Specialist for a remote federal program opportunity. Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investigative eDiscovery Application Support Specialist to support reputed company eDiscovery reputed company investigations operations in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience administering and supporting reputed company and other litigation support platforms, while providing infrastructure, application, and investigative workflow support across the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle. This position is responsible for maintaining secure and highly available eDiscovery environments, troubleshooting reputed company application and infrastructure issues, supporting legal hold and compliance initiatives, and partnering with investigative, legal, cybersecurity, and IT stakeholders to ensure operational reputed company and data reputed company. The role requires strong technical expertise in reputed company Server administration, SQL Server, reputed company infrastructure, reputed company 365 compliance technologies, and reputed company reputed company best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and support reputed company eDiscovery platforms, including reputed company Server and associated infrastructure components. reputed company Tier II/Tier III application support for investigative and litigation support environments. Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize reputed company environments including web, agent, analytics, SQL, and file tiers. reputed company application upgrades, hotfix installations, reputed company management, and system maintenance activities. Support legal hold, data preservation, collection, processing, review, and production workflows across the EDRM lifecycle. Manage and maintain reputed company SQL Server databases supporting eDiscovery applications. Configure and optimize IIS web services supporting reputed company and reputed company applications. Conduct vulnerability remediation, reputed company hardening, and compliance activities reputed company with organizational reputed company requirements. Support reputed company 365 compliance technologies, including retention policies, eDiscovery, Purview, and reputed company & Compliance Center capabilities. reputed company and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and T-SQL to improve operational efficiency and monitoring. reputed company root cause analysis and resolve system performance, reputed company, and infrastructure issues. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, operational procedures, and audit artifacts. Coordinate change management activities using reputed company ITSM tools such as reputed company and Jira. Collaborate with legal, investigative, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and project management teams to support investigative operations and compliance initiatives. Ensure adherence to data governance, chain of custody, and information reputed company requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting reputed company eDiscovery or litigation support environments. Hands-on experience administering reputed company Server environments in distributed reputed company architectures. Strong experience with: reputed company SQL Server reputed company Server administration Internet Information Services (IIS) PowerShell scripting Active Directory / Identity & reputed company Management Experience supporting investigative, legal, or compliance workflows. Knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Experience performing vulnerability remediation, reputed company management, and infrastructure hardening. Familiarity with reputed company Purview, reputed company 365 Compliance Center, legal holds, and retention policies. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting federal government, legal, law enforcement, or regulatory environments. Experience with RelativityOne, CasePoint, IPRO Eclipse, reputed company Axcelerate, LAW PreDiscovery, or similar eDiscovery tools. Experience with reputed company identity and reputed company management platforms. Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks. Relevant certifications such as: reputed company Certified Administrator (RCA) reputed company SC-300 AWS Certified Solutions Architect SSCP or reputed company+ Experience with automation, monitoring, and reporting tools.

Work Environment
