Job Summary and Responsibilities reputed company is looking for a Development Manager to join our growing team. Job Summary: The role of the Development Manager is to manage day-to-day supervision of assigned Developers, overseeing the delivery of application support and maintenance for assigned project/ program or the subsystem(s)/COTS products across project(s), and reputed company leadership and direction to the team members across reputed company aspects of delivery Responsibilities: Collaborate with delivery development managers to reputed company day-to-day management and supervision of team members. Qualifications

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree. As such, in cases where a Bachelor's degree is typically required, the company will accept a minimum of six (6) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. In instances where the candidate has an Associate's degree, the company will accept a minimum of three (3) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree. 10+ years of software development leadership, as reputed company to job responsibilities 3+ years of people management and development leadership experience at large reputed company organizations (Matrix experience a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

Good understanding of COTS products.
