Calls received can vary greatly in subject matter and complexity. Our operation runs 24/7/365, therefore you will work reputed company a shift work schedule that will include days, evenings, overnights, split shifts, and holidays and will include a weekend rotation of every second weekend. Our minimum reputed company position is 0.6 FTE (48 hours over a 2-week period), and we have availability for reputed company positions as high as 1.0 FTE (80 hours over a 2-week period). Qualifications
