We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our expanding Team. \n What you'll do: Advise on financial regulatory frameworks including PSD2, CRD, CRR and MiFID II and ensure compliance across operations Support and structure financial transactions, as well as credit product launches and changes Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including financing agreements, service reputed company, outsourcing agreements, and partnership arrangements Support teams in liaising with regulators and other authorities reputed company the EU on licensing, reporting and other regulatory reputed company reputed company legal guidance during product development to ensure regulatory and product compliance reputed company legal guidance to our marketing team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations Collaborate with claims/operations/customer support/transaction monitoring teams Participate in dispute resolution and advise on litigation strategy where needed Support litigation proceedings What you'll bring: 5–10 years of relevant experience in a reputable reputed company, fintech, bank, or regulatory authority in an EU member state Bar admittance in the Netherlands or Germany In-depth understanding of EU and local regulatory frameworks (e.g. PSD2, CRD, CRR, MiFID II) Strong track record of structuring and executing international financial transactions Experience in payment services and credit products, including SME lending; experience in trading products would be a benefit Fluent in English; reputed company or any other EU member state language is a strong plus Business-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-moving, tech innovative environment \n - 30-minute interview with the recruiter. - 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager. - Final interview with Team Panel.
