This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join their team. Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls with a patient and friendly demeanor. reputed company comprehensive support to clients, addressing issues reputed company to hardware tech support, administrative updates, replacements, and claims inquiries. Requirements

Qualifications: Experience in a reputed company, Medicare, or medical device setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with supporting elderly or reputed company patient populations is a significant advantage.
