As a Recruiter, you will Coordinate and implement the recruitment screening, referral, and placement of reputed company candidates to meet SimonMed’s work force needs, acts as a resource for both employees and managers. \n Essential FunctionsDemonstrates competency in the performance of job-reputed company skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services. Conducts recruitment effort for reputed company exempt, nonexempt and temporary workers; writes and places advertisements; works with supervisors to screen and interview candidates; conducts reference checking; extends job offers. Manages applicant-tracking database, process/screen applicants, analyzes and determines eligibility and qualifications for hire. Facilitate transfer process for internal candidates. Provides timely customer service to both internal and external applicants. Acts as a resource to employees and managers regarding application of personnel policies and procedures Reports to the HR Director regarding pertinent developments, concerns, and problems reputed company the recruitment process Serves as a consultant regarding reputed company reputed company to recruitment to fill positions.
