Zayo is seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented OSP Service Assurance Project Manager to reputed company and manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of reputed company plant (OSP) break/fix projects and emergency restoration for our telecommunications infrastructure, supporting network restoration and maintenance 24 hours, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Our OSP Service Assurance Project Manager manages project timelines, resources, and works reputed company budgets and with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful repair of our network. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management reputed company the telecommunications industry, with a focus on OSP projects. Resource Management: Establish, monitor, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of deliverables and supporting workflows to measure operational performance, as well as identify and assess areas of opportunity for improved process efficiencies and performance. Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements, including reputed company, equipment, and materials. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and reputed company mitigation strategies to avoid delays and minimize further damage reputed company to active outages. Resolve any issues that arise during the project, including procurement delays, resource shortages, or technical challenges. Quality Assurance: Ensure the project is completed in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Conduct regular quality inspections and audits throughout the project to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry best practices. Contract and Vendor Management: Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring their performance aligns with project requirements and timelines. Review and manage reputed company, change orders, and procurement processes as needed. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, or a reputed company field, preferred, or additional years of experience may be used in lieu of this preference. At least 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with reputed company plant, fiber optics, telecommunication architectures, optical transport equipment, and project management experience. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.
