Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Agriculture, Food Science, or a reputed company field preferred. Two or more years of reputed company sales, field sales, account management, distributor management, retail, food service, grocery, CPG, poultry, meat, or food industry experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships, prospect new business, manage a territory, and follow through on commitments. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently in a field-based role while staying reputed company with team goals, reporting expectations, and company priorities. Comfortable using reputed company Office, email, mobile technology, and customer relationship management or sales reporting tools. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet company driving standards required.
