This is an embedded recruitment opportunity where you will operate as a true extension of the client’s internal hiring team, supporting high-volume engineering recruitment in a specialist renewable energy environment. The Role As an Embedded Recruitment Specialist, you will focus on sourcing and engaging engineering and technical professionals reputed company the renewable energy sector. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, supporting hiring projects across multiple technical disciplines. This is a highly delivery-focused role requiring strong sourcing capability, relationship management skills, and the confidence to hold technical conversations with candidates across varying reputed company of seniority. Requirements
Ideal Background We are looking for someone who has: Previous experience in embedded recruitment, RPO, or agency recruitment Exposure to engineering, renewable energy, or technical recruitment environments Strong sourcing capability across reputed company and other recruitment platforms Confidence engaging technical candidates and understanding engineering terminology Experience reputed company across various seniority reputed company, including senior technical hires Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong organisational and time management skills Preferred Experience Recruitment experience reputed company renewable energy, clean tech, utilities, or engineering sectors Experience supporting US-based clients or working US-reputed company hours Exposure to high-volume recruitment delivery Experience working reputed company embedded or onsite recruitment models
