Virtual Assistant 10 Hours per Week (IC-MM)

Create and manage consistent newsletter Manage blogpost Edit, insert links and pictures, and upload blog post Repurpose blog across social media Set up and manage Pinterest (create pins from old posts) Manage business account on LinkedIn Manage and post on LTK Create a list of similar clients for speaking engagements based off client's list from 2023 Set up Trello board / one point of truth for tracking projects, overdue invoices, content calendar, etc. Pitch client to be on other people's podcasts Manage website inquiries via email Assist with various organizational tasks Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed Platforms: Mailchimp Google Suite SquareSpace Canva LTK Instagram Meta Pinterest LinkedIn Requirements Experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing: Must have solid experience in managing social media platforms and executing digital marketing strategies Interest / knowledge of etiquette and / or manners (a plus) Experience with Mailchimp and Pinterest (a must) Ability to be creative and brainstorm ideas. Organizational Skills: Intuitively organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently Attention to Detail: Must have a meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work Creativity: Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content for various digital platforms Self-Starter Attitude: Must be a proactive individual who can work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week. Must be on Eastern or Central Time Zone
