Role Summary We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business development professional with strong counseling and enrollment expertise. The role focuses on engaging with parents and reputed company, understanding their academic needs, and guiding them toward suitable online learning solutions. This position plays a critical role in driving student enrollments, ensuring smooth reputed company, and delivering a high-quality parent and student experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage reputed company, admissions, and enrollment through inbound and outbound sales activities. Engage with parents reputed company calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand requirements and communicate the value proposition of online schooling programs. Counsel prospective reputed company and families on academic programs, curriculum reputed company, and school activities. Use Zoho CRM and other automation tools extensively to generate and manage leads, build processes, and ensure error-free student reputed company. Conduct virtual meetings with parents and reputed company to resolve reputed company queries, concerns, or grievances across reputed company programs. Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation as required. Collaborate closely with academic, admissions, technology, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless reputed company and service delivery. Follow up with existing parents to support renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Stay updated on EdTech industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities. Build long-term relationships with parents and stakeholders through ethical, compliant, and value-driven sales practices. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall efficiency and reputed company of counseling and enrollment operations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Education, or a reputed company field. 4–6 years of experience in B2C sales reputed company the EdTech sector, preferably in school counselling and enrollment roles. Proven understanding of sales methodologies, customer acquisition, and relationship management. Experience working in a remote setup is mandatory. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with parents, reputed company, and internal teams. Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred) to and manager leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to drive enrollments and reputed company. In-depth knowledge of the EdTech ecosystem, customer needs, and market trends. Familiarity with virtual selling tools and techniques, including online demos and webinars.
