Executive Assistant
This is a remote position. Role Overview The Executive Assistant will work closely with senior leadership to manage schedules, communications, documentation, and operational tasks. Ideal candidate understands Australian administrative and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements Handle emails, correspondence, and client communication professionally Support participant records and documentation Prepare reports, documents, and presentations Coordinate internal teams and follow up on action items Assist with compliance, service agreements, and documentation Maintain accurate records and files Liaise with Australian clients and stakeholders Support general administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
