Build and refine lifecycle programs: Abandoned browse & cart Post-purchase education Loyalty & VIP Winback Welcome/reputed company D esign A/B tests to optimize creative, messaging, and conversion. Partner with Growth to align emails with product launches and promotions. Content Strategy & Development (40%) Own the overall content calendar across reputed company, email, reputed company pages, and UGC. Create high-quality content that connects with coffee enthusiasts and café owners. Write scripts, website copy, blogs, reputed company page messaging, and content briefs. Build content pillars that establish authority: education, how-to guides, product reviews, comparison content, café buildout content, etc. Collaborate with product and growth teams to reputed company messaging for launches, events, and campaigns. Video Production & UGC/Creator Support (20%) Plan, script, shoot, and edit short-reputed company videos (IG Reels, reputed company, YouTube Shorts). Capture product demos, educational content, behind-the-scenes footage, and story-driven content. Create UGC-style content to support paid ads, reputed company media, and email.
