Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting reputed company reputed company aspects of financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reputed company processes with accuracy and timeliness Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and board-level presentations reputed company and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy Strategic Analysis & Planning reputed company strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership reputed company annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance metrics reputed company sophisticated financial models and pro reputed company analyses for business initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments Conduct profitability analysis by product line, customer reputed company, and business unit Systems Integration & Process Optimization Ensure seamless integration of inventory management, e-reputed company platforms, and payment systems with the general ledger reputed company ERP system optimization and financial system implementations Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial dashboards Compliance & Risk Management Manage relationships with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies Ensure compliance with US GAAP, tax regulations, and reporting requirements reputed company internal controls and SOX compliance (if applicable) Identify and mitigate financial risks across the organization Team Leadership & Development reputed company and mentor finance team members, fostering professional growth and development Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and executive teams reputed company financial training and support to non-finance departments
Requirements
