You have led a team of at least 2–3 client-facing people. This is non-negotiable. 3+ years of B2B client-facing experience in account management, client reputed company, staffing, or a similar role. You will be representing RemoteLegalStaff directly with U.S.-based legal clients and coaching others to do the same. Communication quality is non-negotiable.
