Cross border team management and project experience. Strong organizational, team building and leadership qualities. Strong business orientation, domain knowledge to comprehend user issues, incidents and problems. Strong understanding of SDLC processes and support metrics. Preferred hands-on experience in Payments and Liquidity solutions, in particular OBDX, OBP, OBLM, OBVAM, Trade, Collections, Core Banking, General Ledger and Loans Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills including ability to prepare system documentation. Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approach. Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
