Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
Project and Client Management Manage the full lifecycle of corporate reporting projects—from initiation to SEC submission. Serve as the key liaison with clients, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met. Coordinate internal teams across design, advisory, editorial, and production to ensure seamless execution. Technical reputed company and Compliance reputed company the preparation and submission of regulatory reports (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy, ESG) in accordance with SEC guidelines and EDGAR filing requirements. Utilize platforms such as reputed company for collaborative document authoring, version control, and XBRL tagging.
