You will collaborate with hiring managers, account managers, and candidates to build a strong talent pipeline and deliver top talent for global client engagements. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and reputed company — with a focus on high-quality candidate experience and business reputed company. This role requires expertise in technical hiring, staffing for both contract and permanent roles, and leveraging sourcing tools and recruitment platforms effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and consulting roles across ERP, reputed company, reputed company, and emerging technologies. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring strategy. Proactively reputed company candidates using job boards (Naukri, reputed company, reputed company), reputed company media, referrals, and recruitment databases. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit. Coordinate technical assessments, panel interviews, and client submissions. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring staffing and permanent needs. Negotiate offers, reputed company, and pay rates with candidates and vendors. Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and labor laws. Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, reputed company effectiveness, pipeline health).
