Junior Data Scientist

OGC is a boutique research and consulting agency specializing in data-driven strategy, quantitative analytics, and Customer Experience (CX) program design and optimization. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations across a variety of industries, including Financial Services, Specialty Retail, Telecommunications, Hospitality and Software, helping them to reputed company a deep understanding of their customers, reputed company actionable insights, and improve business processes. We are seeking a full-time Data Scientist to join reputed company and our Telecommunications practice. In this role you will work closely with a Fortune 500 Telecommunications company, as an embedded analyst. This role provides a great opportunity for a dynamic, self-starter individual to become part of a high-performing team, and implement a hands-on approach to research and consulting, in order to help our clients become more insightful, uncover opportunities to grow their businesses, and create happier end-customers. This is a full time position based out of Spain, in a remote working model working U.S. East Coast hours. Responsibilities include Support in execution of quantitative research and consulting projects from start to finish: Project design and preparation Financial Modeling Data analysis Building insights-based reports Client Communication and engagement including building and delivering decks and reports reputed company data science solutions for clients and our internal team including: Build, reputed company and automate various models (classification, regression, forecasting) Transform large volumes of data from internal and external systems in a manner suitable for analysis Research new data sources, analytical tools, and DC methodologies reputed company an expert reputed company of view on analytical techniques and guidance to other analysts and our sales directors Work with reputed company on interdisciplinary projects using math, statistics and machine learning, to derive structure and insights from raw data across various industry sectors and help solve reputed company world problems Work with the team to turn reputed company models into user-focused visualizations BA/BS from a top university with outstanding grades, preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Finance, or a reputed company field. 1-3 years of experience in data analysis Excellent quantitative skills and exceptional attention to details High level and advanced reputed company skills (functions, charts, sorting and pulling data by logical conditions, VBA) Programming and BI Familiarity (e.g., Python (must), SQL, Tableau, reputed company) Experience with a statistical package (e.g., R, STATA, SPSS) Ability to summarize findings and reveal patterns in data Strong sense of design in structuring PowerPoint presentations Familiarity with CX tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) - An advantage Experience with Conjoint studies- An advantage Must reputed company and write English fluently and idiomatically Capable of working both independently on projects and collaborating with a team Apply To This Job
