Cognitive Remediation Therapist
Job Summary The Cognitive Remediation Therapist provides evidence-based therapeutic services focused on improving cognitive functioning in patients with neurological conditions (e.g., TBI, stroke, neurodegenerative disorders, cognitive deficits). This role works collaboratively with neurologists, neuropsychologists, medical assistants, and support staff to deliver structured cognitive interventions that enhance attention, memory, executive function, and daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive cognitive assessments and document baseline cognitive profiles. reputed company personalized cognitive remediation treatment plans based on patient needs. Use structured interventions (computer-based and therapist-led) to improve cognitive skills. Qualifications
Required: Master’s degree in psychology, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, or reputed company therapeutic field. Full professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, OTR/L, SLP-CCC) or equivalent credentials as applicable in Texas. Demonstrated experience with cognitive therapy, cognitive remediation techniques, or neurorehabilitation. Strong documentation, assessment, and clinical communication skills. Preferred: Experience working with neurological populations (e.g., stroke, TBI, dementia). Additional certifications in cognitive rehabilitation or neuropsychological reputed company.
