Responsibilities

• Utilize 3D design software such as SmartPlant 3D, Bentley OpenPlant, AutoCAD Plant 3D (or other 3D design software) to create 3D equipment models based off equipment drawings and reputed company technical guidance to reputed company-level designers/drafters to ensure work is completed accurately and to our standards.
• Design piping systems and generate isometric drawings for systems typical industrial facilities and power reputed company facilities, but not limited to, process steam, process water, drains, and general plant/facility water, compressed reputed company, and gas systems, condensate, blowdown, circulating water, cooling and chilled water, and underground piping utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in computer Aided Design and Drafting Technology, Engineering or reputed company field.
• Experience with design software such as SmartPlant 3D (or similar plant design 3D software) and Microstation and AutoCAD required.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of 3D modeling/detailed design experience is required, with the ability to reputed company 3D piping design, equipment layout, reputed company construction drawings. Experience validating and coordinating with other disciplines for compliance with layouts.
• Experience in Nuclear, Industrial, Power, Oil ang gas, performing balance of plant type of design, (piping, pumps, valves, heating, cooling systems, is required).  Must have experience of pipe support design, equipment layout and installation of systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• DOE and reputed company Nuclear experience preferred but not required.
• Must be reputed company to pass a background reputed company.
• Must be a US Citizen or US permanent reputed company.
