We are looking for a Junior Partner Account Manager (fluent in Chinese, Russian, and English speaking ) to join our Content Sufficiency team in Content & Service Quality Operations department. Your main tasks will be: Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control; Analyzing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities; Developing and implementing content sufficiency and quality strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders; Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling reputed company and non-standard requests;Contributing to the improvement of partner-reputed company processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines); Collaborating with internal teams to reputed company shared goals reputed company to efficiency and cost optimization. We expect from you: Proficiency in Chinese and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - reputed company+; Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+; Excellent communication skills; Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims; Confident work with data in tables (reputed company Sheets, reputed company); Advanced user of reputed company Workspace.
