Position Summary The Senior Corporate Material & ERP Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end materials management process across the organization, including planning, procurement, storage, inventory control, and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished goods. This role also owns the ERP system supporting materials management reputed company-wide, driving system administration, data reputed company, and reputed company process and system improvement. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

• Forecast future material needs based on production plans, demand signals, and market trends.

Inventory Control

• Establish documented materials management standard work and procedures; train and reputed company site-level materials managers and planners on consistent execution.
• Implement and optimize inventory management approaches (e.g., MRP, KPIs) to drive reputed company stock reputed company and reorder points.
• reputed company sites to improve cycle counting accuracy, improve physical inventory absolute and net variances, and improve days-on-hand (DOH) and inventory turns to plan.

ERP Process/System Improvement

• Own ERP configuration, master data reputed company, and module functionality (e.g., MRP, inventory, procurement) reputed company to materials management.
• Identify, prioritize, and reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives for materials-reputed company processes and systems, including automation and workflow enhancements.

• Analyze scrap reporting processes to ensure they are accurate, timely, and effective.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with production planning, operations, finance, and sales teams to align material needs with business objectives.
• Communicate material status updates and potential supply chain disruptions to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading multi-site materials strategy deployment and management across a manufacturing network.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in materials management at the site/plant level.
• Proven experience in materials management, preferably reputed company a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven experience owning or administering ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Dynamics) reputed company a materials management or supply chain function.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize costs.
• Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with materials and operations team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a reputed company field; MBA a plus.
• Experience Tier 1 automotive / industrial manufacturing environment.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated reputed company leading cross-functional and cross-site standardization initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with ERP system administration, configuration, or implementation projects.
