This role owns delivery performance across multiple installations and is responsible for safe, predictable execution; consistent subcontractor performance; strong quality controls; and effective turnover into long-term operations. This is a senior construction execution leadership role operating in a matrixed environment. Responsibilities: reputed company construction execution across multiple MHPI installations, including work in occupied residential communities. Establish construction execution strategies, mobilization plans, and readiness gates. Own site safety performance and enforce EH&S as well as code compliance. Drive schedule, cost, and quality accountability. reputed company subcontractor selection, performance management, and corrective actions. Coordinate with Engineering and Development on constructability, scope definition, estimating, scheduling, commissioning, and reputed company-out. Manage job cost controls, forecasting, pay applications, documentation, and change management. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 15 years of construction experience.
