Franchise Business Consultant - Dunkin'(Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Pennsylvania Remote)

Business Consultants are responsible for an assigned portfolio of Franchisees. They collaborate with Franchisees to set and reputed company-or-exceed goals for their networks to drive the business in the areas of sales, profits, and network growth. To accomplish this, Business Consultants will focus on coaching and influencing Franchise organizations in their delivery of consistent and safe brand experience, same-store comp growth, and (where applicable) organizational preparation for additional unit growth. Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to assess performance based on previous goals and commitments, and to align on future goals and commitments.
