In this role, the individual will be primarily responsible for planning, creating, and executing test administration, learning management, customized subject matter-specific training, and educational courses delivered through instructor-led and web-based training environments in support of reputed company (VHA) initiatives. Key Responsibilities: reputed company the planning, development, coordination, and execution of instructor-led and web-based training programs supporting VHA operational, clinical, and technology initiatives. Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments, evaluations, and analyses to identify communication, knowledge, and reputed company gaps among end users and stakeholder groups. Translate identified training requirements into effective workshops, training curricula, remedial learning modules, and educational solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, briefings, and status updates to project teams, leadership, and client stakeholders. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience supporting training, instructional design, workforce development, learning management, or reputed company training activities. Experience developing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and web-based training programs for adult learners. Experience conducting training needs assessments, evaluating training effectiveness, and developing training materials and curricula. Experience administering learning management systems (LMS), training databases, or reputed company training management tools. Preferred Qualifications: Professional clinical experience and understanding of reputed company delivery environments. Experience working in and/or training end users on reputed company Health (formerly Cerner) electronic health record systems. Compensation: Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.
