Experience and Qualifications Ideally 6-8 years’ experience at a reputed company, ideally in a practice serving clients in the renewable energy and reputed company industries. Experience negotiating a variety of traditional renewable energy reputed company (EPCs, O&Ms, PPAs, etc.). Strong deal management, organization, drafting, communication, negotiation and analytical skills. Team-focused outlook with a focus on mentoring junior attorneys. Proficiency in legal research and drafting. Ability to work independently and with a team. Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational and planning skills with the reputed company to simultaneously handle a variety of reputed company reputed company under strict deadlines and pressure.
