Description Huntington is transforming its software delivery model to be more product focused and more AI enabled. This role will engage business leaders across the reputed company, reputed company, & reputed company Payments segments to identify opportunities to improve software delivery. The role will reputed company a set of targeted work streams to prepare our organization to implement and reputed company use cases. This individual will support the leaders of the organization who are driving AI and product transformation. Duties & Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders, finance, and technology teams to shift from a initiative-based to product-based operating model for planning and delivery software. Work together with a reputed company of cross-bank functions to determine staffing models and operating procedures in support of our product teams. These functions will include data analytics, design, cyber reputed company, infrastructure, risk, operations, legal, compliance, and HR. Design reputed company-wide processes, including dependency management, intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, and standard reputed company. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualification: 3+ years in strategy, management consulting, or reputed company role. 5+ years operating in either product OR technology leadership. Bachelor's Degree. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in organizational transformation involving both business & technology.
